Hibar films and laminates are the latest technological development from Hitkari. The Hibar films offer very cost effective alternatives to expensive & complex packing requirements. These films are all customised to suit individual products and packaging requirements. Hibar is basically sealants for the Converting Industry , who have had up to now , depend entirely on the limited options of Aluminium foils and other expensive materials.
Whether it is a specialised sealant required for high speed FFS
applications,
sealants for sealing through oil & grease contaminations, oil resistant barriers, retotable films for stearalisation applications or other such complex requirements, Hitkari has the technology to develop the correct Hibar film for you. The possiblities are enormous and flexibility unlimited , in short there is a superior cost effective alternate for every application.
With ever increasing competition in the processed food industry , there is a constant demand for higher performance packaging materials, which can stay on the shelf longer and yet deliver "fresher". Hibar technology offers solutions for these ever changing and increasing demands on the processed food industry.
In addition to offering Hibar range of sealants and laminates , Hitkari offers the facility to work in close co-operation with the Processed Food Industry , to develop newer materials with higher performance options , to give the processor a value added cost advantage. This involves complete product shelf life evaluation , testing and market seeding.
